Who are we?
In September 2000, the SNCF, a Region, a Department and a Metropolitan area (a Town and a District at the time) joined forces for the first time in France to create a unique service:

A partnership support structure |
Several multi-modal information centres are up and running in various places in France (in the departments of Calvados, Indre, Loir-et-Cher, and the urban areas of Abbeville, Blois, Brest, Châteaurous, Roche-sur-Yon, etc.). In most cases, they depend on a transport management authority or the operator initiating the project.
MOBILIGNES' originality lies precisely in its exceptionally dense and widespread partnership support structure.
Four transport management authorities (AOT) and several operators participate in the various facets of this alliance (financing, advertising, monitoring), namely:
• Franche-Comté Region
• Doubs Department
• Metropolitan area of Greater Besançon
• SNCF

FOR INFORMATION
MOBILIGNES provides transport solutions all over the greater Besançon area and even beyond, if necessary combining several means of transport.
Information is available by phone on 0 825 00 22 44 or on the website www.mobilignes.com.
MOBILIGNES provides information on all routes:
• regular routes within the department and region
• Ginko bus routes
• SNCF (TER, Main lines and TGV - regional and high speed trains)
With its clear, accurate and customised information covering the whole "transport chain" (routes, times, rates), MOBILIGNES meets the needs of many customers when connections from one route to the next or from one network to another can so easily turn into a nightmare if customers are poorly informed.
TO BOOK A SERVICE
MOBILIGNES also allows customers to book specialised services offered by its various partners. They are:
TO BUY A TICKET
Train or bus tickets are available at the MOBILIGNES shop on the Viotte railway station square in Besançon and you can also obtain any transport-related information here.
TO MONITOR
MOBILIGNES records all information and service-booking requests, to analyse customer requests, obtain precise information on the use of services on request and adapt or even create new products.

Four telephone consultants, Julien, Marie, Monique and Naïma are at your sersvice. Along with Alain, a manager and Véronique, a progect leader, they inform and manage calls and bookings, update timetables, routes, rates, etc.
